As someone who spent nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, my outlook towards customer service centers around customer satisfaction. I am here for my clients and I make them a promise to listen to their desires and acknowledge their needs. I provide an experience for my clients. An experience of buying and selling that is unlike any other. The process of looking for your dream home, trying to sell a property that you've grown out of, or even just looking for authentic, not cherry-coated real estate advice, can be grueling.
